• Engineering Degree with 16+ years in Pre Sales and Solutioning stream
• Strong Pre Sales and Solutioning background in Application Services, Cyber Security & Risk Services, Digital and Analytics
• Good People Management experience with thought leadership required
• Experience in building and driving strong Pre Sales team is a must
• Good and effective written and oral communication
Head Pre Sales and Solutioning - Integrated Apps will be responsible to provide the leadership for Pre Sales and Solutioning function of all the Services Lines such as MAS, CRS, Digital and Analytics.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Determine the long-term strategic alignment with all the Service Line in conjunction with the DIDI (Domain) theme.
• Provide Pre Sales and Solutioning support for Integrated Services such as MAS, CRS, Digital and Analytics.
• Developing mindshare through directing and managing business development activities.
• Create a team and Plan, direct and manage the practice, ensure the effective achievement
of the business objectives.
• Create framework, approach for services/consulting engagement in order to maximize individual, divisional and departmental performance.
• Enable delivery for successful outcomes.
• Incubate new skills and drive development in personnel
