Should have experience in Tier 1 eComms/Hedge Funds/Investment Banking

- The role is fast-paced, target driven and will give you a great insight into Organization Structures, Personality & Competency Evaluation and Organizational Selection Processes. It will also give you a tremendous opportunity to build dynamic and long-lasting relationships.

- 3+ years of recruitment experience with a corporate or consulting company (end-end)

- Analyzing and understanding the different requirements of the clients and accordingly Sourcing, Screening and short-listing of suitable profiles.

- Sourcing the profiles through the job sites, referrals, and internal database based upon the skill sets.

- Conducting initial phase of screening & assessing fitment based on traits like Functional Knowledge, Verbal Communication and Behavioral Assessment.

- Convert candidates for hard to fill mandates.

- Maintaining Database for the resumes received, to ensure smooth operations.

- Responsible for handling recruitment of mid and senior level profiles

- Continuous follow-up with the candidates till joining
